Comments: Dr. Mounts provides the kind of service I have not seen in 40 years. Most doctors do not take the time to listen to your concerns, but he does. He calls out other health providers that have not done their job and works at “making it right” for the patient. He calls you directly when needed. Who does that? I have a hard time getting my primary care doctor to call me because they usually want me to make an appointment. I have had a doctor refuse to talk to me over the phone! Dr. Mounts is a very knowledgeable orthopaedic doctor. I recommend him without hesitation.
